Sports massage uses firm, deep massage techniques which can be uncomfortable during treatment. You may also experience aching after the session, but this is normal due to the deep tissue work and should ease within a couple days as part of normal recovery.
-
I will bring all the necessary equipment including a massage table.
Please ensure you have a suitable area for me to place the massage table in order to carry out the treatment in your home.
You will also want to make sure the space is warm for the time of the treatment for your own comfort.

It can be scary booking something without knowing what to expect.
I will arrive at your house around 15 minutes before the scheduled session in order to set up. I will go over what the specific treatment will entail before we begin and answer any questions.
Giving you privacy, I’ll let you undress and place yourself on the bed under a sheet to protect your modesty. You may not need to get fully undressed depending on the type of massage. For example, you can keep your trousers on for an upper body treatment.
Once we are finished, I will pack away and we will have a check-in after.

Pricing is based off standard massage rates and takes into consideration travel cost, time and specialist equipment to deliver the best service to people’s homes.
