60 minute treatment focusing on a specific area, using deep pressure & manual techniques to release muscle tension. This service is suitable for people experiencing tightness, muscle knots, chronic pain & injury recovery.
Expect a soft tissue warm-up followed by slow, focused strokes and deep pressure focusing on the affected areas. Manual stretching and movement may be involved depending on the area and type of issue. This treatment will typically only focus on one area due to the in-depth techniques to release the tension (e.g. upper back & neck).

Manual stretching and movement may be involved depending on the area and type of issue. This treatment allows more time to address multiple areas that may be contributing to an issue, giving a more complete service (e.g. upper & lower back, neck & glutes).
60 minute treatment focusing on the full body, using light-moderate pressure to gently relax the body and release soft tissue tension. This service is suitable for people wanting to release stress, experience full-body relaxation & calmness, or wanting a more gentle soft tissue release.
Expect long, gentle strokes and other relaxing techniques such as kneading and rhythmic tapping to promote relaxation in the mind & body. This treatment will work on the entire body to ensure full-body relaxation.
30-minute massage using a specialist massage chair working on the neck & back. This can be exclusively Swedish Massage techniques (gentle) or incorporate deeper Sports Massage techniques depending on your preference.
